Returns
Store Credit
U.S. Returns for store credit are free and can be facilitated through our returns portal. Once a return is processed as store credit, it cannot be reversed to the original payment method.
Returns
U.S. Returns for refund incur a flat shipping/processing fee of $9.99 deducted from the refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Policy
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days of receiving your item, after which merchandise must be sent back within 7 days. Returns must include the packing slip that was sent with your order. Returns or exchanges postmarked more than 7 days after the return authorization was issued will receive store credit.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original hang tag. Merchandise that has been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. The condition of the return is left to the discretion of Daise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed from the date your return is received.
Holiday Gifting
Purchases made between December 5 - December 25 will be eligible for an extended holiday return policy. Purchases returned outside of our normal 21 day window will be accepted for exchange or store credit through January 20th by emailing us at hello@shopdaise.com.
Final Sale / Warehouse Sale
Items marked final sale will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Additional discount codes will not apply. Please expect longer shipping timelines for large sales, as many orders come in quickly and our warehouse needs some additional time to process.
Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $250 within the continental U.S.
We fulfill orders Monday-Friday from our NYC warehouse. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding busy holiday seasons). Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to.
International Shipping
We aren't currently shipping internationally. Sign up for our mailing list to find out when shipping becomes available to your country!
Lost Packages and Route Shipping Insurance
Once your order is on its way, Daise is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. To keep your delivery protected, we automatically include Route shipping insurance on every order - just keep it toggled on at checkout.
If your package goes missing and you’re covered, you can file a claim at claims.route.com. Please note that Route refunds the cost of the items only; shipping fees, taxes, and Route premiums are not included.

Want a different size? No problem! To get it to you as fast as possible, we now ask that you place a new order for the right fit. We’re sorry for the extra step, but it’s the speediest way to get you exactly what you’re looking for!
