Exchanges and Store Credit
U.S. Returns for exchange or store credit are free and can be facilitated through our returns portal.Returns
U.S. Returns for refund incur a flat shipping/processing fee of $9.99 deducted from the refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Please reach out to hello@shopdaise.com for any comments or concerns regarding your order.
Policy
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days of receiving your item, after which merchandise must be sent back within 7 days. Returns must include the packing slip that was sent with your order. Returns or exchanges postmarked more than 7 days after the return authorization was issued will receive store credit.Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original hang tag. Merchandise that has been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. The condition of the return is left to the discretion of Daise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed from the date your return is received.
Gift Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for another size, product or store credit (excluding final sale items). Gift exchanges can be processed here, and follow the same policy listed above.
Final Sale
Items marked final sale will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $250 within the continental U.S.U.S. shipments are sent via UPS. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, as a small team our shipping is limited to 2x per week. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We aren't currently shipping internationally. Sign up for our mailing list to find out when shipping becomes available to your country!
FYI
Daise is not responsible for lost packages due to any customer errors during check-out. If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact hello@shopdaise.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it for you.Daise is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered (but unable to be located). Please wait two business days to ensure the carrier isn't working to re-deliver your package. After that, you'll have to file a claim with the shipping carrier, then email us at hello@shopdaise.com letting us know your order number and specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution. We will only consider claims made within 30 days of the stated/estimated delivery date.
